New Ticket Support Schedule

Greetings,

We have come up with another update on SkaDate Dating Software ticket support service.

From now on we will be providing individual ticket support from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT +6, Monday-Friday) instead of  the previous 10 am to 7 pm schedule.

We hope you will find the new timing a little bit more comfortable, and our support service just as good.

    SkaDate Dating Software Company offers two types of support ( learn more at http://www.skadate.com/support.php ):
    - paid ticket support (that comes for free for one month after the script purchase)
    - free customer support forum

    SkaDate customers have an option to completely refuse from paid ticket support and use a free support forum, manuals and video tutorials that we provide.

    However, we understand that at the start it may be complicated to set up the site the way you need, especially with no experience in professional dating software management and configuration. That is why we provide one month of free ticket support to all the new customers. This time should be enough to tailor the site to your needs and conception, and learn how to manage it on your own.

    Besides, we provide guarantee for free bug-fixing. So, our customers have plenty of free assistance sources in case they do not want to pay for ticket support.

    I am using another script at the moment and i get 3 months free support . With their support i can actually “” tailor the site to my needs and conception “” .
    But with Skadate i found out that the support does NOT include any code changing . If needs code changing , even a line then it’s custom modifications = extra money

    Is not true at all

    You are right, SkaDate Ticket support does not include code modifications. By “tailoring the site to your needs and conception” I mean configuring the site settings via the Admin Panel. SkaDate Dating Software administration tools allow you to do pretty much without involving code customization. You can set up membership types and fees, enable/disable features, create custom pages, add/delete/change profile fields (incl. dependent profile fields), edit textual content, translate the site to a different language, ‘play’ with the index page components and a lot more.

    Our support operators will change the branding (requires some coding), and upload your logo and template pictures for free. You just need to make sure they meet the template requirements. Besides, if you looked through http://www.skadate.com/support.php , you might have noticed that we provide advice/guideline for basic PHP/CSS/HTML customization.

    If you require some extensive modifications – we will not be able to assist you for free, which is fair enough as they require pretty much time and resources. But what is great about SkaDate Dating Script is a 100% open source code, which allows you to do any coding by yourself, or refer to a third-party specialist (not necessarily SkaDate developers) for modification assistance. SkaDate comes with development and design manuals that will help you or your developer understand the script architecture better.

    And on top of that, all SkaDate customers have access to the free customer support forum, where they can get professional assistance from our support operators on various questions and issues, including code customization.
