27 Jul Google’s Panda 4.2 to Affect
Smaller SkaDate Sites
Last weekend Google released an update to its search algorithm (Panda 4.2.), which is expected to be taking effect quite slowly. How slow exactly? According to Google spokesman, the complete rollout may take months. Perhaps that is why very few webmasters are currently avare of the new Panda’s arrival. Note that a refresh on May 2014 affected 7.5% of search queries, while the September 2014 got 3-5%. This time the number expected to be in the range of 2 to 3%.
So, yeah, the numbers and timeframes are different than usual, but the wait just might be worth it in the end. And here’s why – Google’s Pierre Far explained that ‘Many high quality small and medium sized sites are ranking higher after this update,’ which is obviously good news for smaller sites running SkaDate Dating Software, and that used to struggle against the majors.
Important: If your website was penalized by Panda in the past, the 4.2. version just might give you a chance to reverse that. You may not notice the full impact right away but you will see some changes in the organic rankings gradually improve over time. That said, it’s not the time to sit around waiting. Just keep updating your original content for better results!
