Events for PWA & Native Apps

The Events Plugin brings real-world interaction to your dating platform by letting users create and join events directly within the app. Already available on desktop, the feature is now fully supported on PWA and native apps.

Users can browse upcoming events either as a list or on an interactive map. Each event includes a photo, description, location, start time, and duration. Events are moderated before publication to ensure a safe and high-quality user experience.

Event creators can control visibility, making the event public or invite-only, and define who can send invitations: either the creator alone or those who have joined via RSVP. Once a user joins an event, they gain access to a shared comment thread for pre-event discussion.

To support additional monetization, you can restrict event creation and RSVP functionality to premium users only.
