When a user submits a message via the in-app contact form, the system bypasses standard email delivery and automatically creates a new ticket in Zendesk using the API. This ensures that no inquiry is lost and all communication is centralized.

To provide support agents with immediate context, each ticket automatically includes critical user metadata:

• User Profile: Core account information.
• Profile Link: A direct URL to the member's profile for instant review.
• Subscription Status: Clearly indicates whether the sender is a paid subscriber or a free member.
