Login as User

Login as User allows site moderators to sign in as a member and view the platform from that member’s perspective. This helps the support team investigate reported problems, understand what a user is seeing, and assist with account or profile issues.

By reproducing an issue directly in the affected account, moderators can provide more accurate support and reduce the back-and-forth needed to resolve a request. The plugin is designed to make everyday member support faster and more effective.
